## The Exposure Gym
Anxiety was a background process I didn't even know was running — not until my late 40s. Meds in my early 50s helped lower the volume, but the signal was still there. Then I found TikTok Live.
That's the exposure gym: just doing it. Going live for the first time — heart racing, voice shaking, the whole human error log. But I didn't close the terminal. And by the second or third stream, something shifted. The anxiety that had run my whole life started losing its grip. The music became the vehicle, the live streams became the breakthrough, and what emerged wasn't just confidence — it was presence. Less wound tight inside, more actually here.
## The Operating System
Four panels, one kernel. Brian 404 runs the system; each identity runs its own thread.
Brian 404
pid: 404 — label.exeThe OS administrator. The human face, the label, the hub. Brian 404 is the system that runs everything — curating, directing, and connecting.
Snacks Not Found
pid: 404 — chaos.exeHoliday and seasonal EDM that takes the production seriously and the holiday lightly. Festival-grade drops built around the calendar - the 4xx panel, the error state that throws the party.
> explore →Brian 200
pid: 200 — peace.exeExperimental genre explorer. Kirtan fusion, world instruments, spiritual EDM. The grounding signal — Safe Mode. No constraints, only exploration.
> explore →Wrong Aisle
pid: 302 — misfile.exeConcept-album warehouse. Albums about things nobody makes concept albums about — blind-bag reveals, hockey, geometry, medieval quests — played completely straight. Nothing winks.
> explore →Subjects
pid: 201 — portrait.exePortraits of real people in Brian's life, rendered as songs. Subject first, genre second - whatever production best captures that one person. The newest panel; first releases are written and staged, not yet public.
