## The Exposure Gym
It started on TikTok Live. The anxiety was real — heart racing, voice shaking, the whole human error log. But instead of closing the terminal, I stayed in the stream. Night after night. Debugging the fear in real-time.
That's the exposure gym: showing up to the thing that scares you until it doesn't. The music became the vehicle, the live streams became the practice sessions, and eventually the system stabilized. What emerged was an ecosystem — not just one artist, but a whole operating system of creative processes.
## The Operating System
Three processes, one kernel. Each persona runs its own thread.
